Bonding amongst our own cadre is an essential exercise for those who are at the helm of affairs. Various methods are used to increase this factor in our Organization. One such method is the annual Teacher’ Tour that is carried out. This year the whole lot went on a trip to Ootacamund. While enjoying the salubrious climate of the Nilgiris, personal rapport and understanding of each other was the ultimate winner as the group lived, ate and drank together over the few days that they were out of their work environment. Rao, Rama and Rajyalakshmi led this group.
